Rev. Dr. Peter Wiley

Peter M. Wiley joined First Congregational Church of Hudson as Senior Minister in 2005. A Yale Divinity School graduate, Peter says, “Everything is about relationship. Relationships among the people of the church. Relationships with the community. Relationships in mission…well, everything.” Adding, “It’s in relationship that we most clearly find God.” You can find Peter filming a video on the rooftop of the church, perched on a ledge wearing a jester hat on Fat Tuesday or visiting his favorite bagel shop in town. He enjoys traveling to interesting places around the globe. Peter is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and often manages to sneak in references to the Cavs, Guardians and Browns throughout his sermons. He and his wife, Amiee, are parents to three adult children – Sarah, Katie and Will – and an adorable labradoodle.
