Jen Barden

Who knows more about fun, faith formation and fellowship than a church member who is a mother of three? No wonder Jen excels at her job as Associate Director of Children’s Ministries! We love that Jen aptly describes our church as a delightful mix of traditional and modern. That’s why she and her family joined our church in 2013, and she left the corporate world behind for a job here in 2018. What is one of her favorite work moments? Hearing a nervous four-year-old shout, “I did it!” after singing “Jesus Loves Me” during a baptismal service. When she’s not warming her heart with the adorable things preschoolers say and do, she can be found chauffeuring her own kids around town, reading and making crafts.
