Introducing…Composting @ FCCH!
Composting at FCCH!
First Congregational Church of Hudson is now a community drop-off site for Rubber City Reuse, a local composting company. This arrangement is a free service, at no expense to the church.
Church members are invited to bring their compostables to the blue composting bin, located inside our fenced-in dumpster enclosure in the upper parking lot.
For details on what can be composted, please download the BetterBin app by scanning the QR code below. The app provides a comprehensive list of compostable items, including animal products, bakery items, beverages, dairy items, food service items, fruits, seafood, meats, outdoor items, meats, pantry items, personal care items, prepared foods, vegetables and household items. Please familiarize yourself with what can and cannot be composted prior to bringing any items to the composting bin.
